Roast Beef & Swiss Sliders

I have always wanted to make roast beef and cheese sliders using Hawaiian Rolls, today was the day I finally decided to make some. OH MY GOSH these came out so AMAZIN! I used our BlackStone griddle and the oven for this recipe. Here is the ingredients I used and how I cooked it.


about a pound of deli sliced roast beef

sliced onion

sliced mushrooms

Swiss cheese

Hawaiian Rolls (cur whole pack in half)

1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 1/2 spicy mustard

1/2 stick unsalted butter

1/4 cup rehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop

seasoned with Cajun Bait Garlic Blend

First I cooked the onion and mushrooms on the BlackStone griddle seasoned with Garlic Blend. Then I added the roast beef to the griddle and cooked it with Garlic Blend and added about a teaspoon of rehydrated Zydeco Chop Chop.

Next I toasted the rolls, then spread the spicy mustard on one side and the mayonnaise on the other side.

Then I just started adding all the ingredients, spread the mayo and mustard, then added the roast beef, onion and mushrooms next, then top it with Swiss cheeses, place top of rolls on top and then coat the tip with the melted butter Zydeco Chop Chop mixture. Put the pan in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 mins to let cheese melt and to toast the bread on top. This came out absolutely delicious!!!
