Cajun Batter 12oz bag ~ Seasoned Fry Batter
This batter is GREAT for frying beef, pork, chicken, seafood and wild game!!! This batter also makes some amazing Boudin balls, Etouffee balls or any Seafood balls, onion rings or blooming onions...the possibilities are endless!!!
Our recommendation for use is to double dip whatever you are frying. Dredge through Cajun Batter then coat with egg wash (we use egg whites), we use mustard for fish, or use whatever your preference is for a binder, then dredge back through the Cajun Batter again, then it's ready to put in oil for frying.
Note: if you would want a milder flavor simply dredge in all purpose flour or corn flour 1st, then coat with your binder and dredge in Cajun Batter and put in your hot oil to fry!
